Rental Turnover Includes:
The unit will undergo a thorough cleaning and disinfection process, including the removal of all trash, to prepare it for the next guest.
Laundry
We will gather the soiled linens and launder the towels, linens, and blankets (when applicable) using the on-site laundry facilities. Once cleaned, we will replace the bed linens and neatly fold and display the towels for a polished and inviting presentation.
Garbage Removal
We will collect and remove all garbage from the property and dispose of it in the on-site waste bins. If garbage bags are provided by the owner, we will replace them in all bins to ensure everything is clean and ready for the next use. Restocking
